Their service has been honest; and they don’t try to sell me what I don’t need. They allow me to buy parts from them; and they don’t mind that I sometimes fix my own equipment. They are neat and tidy; they clean up their work area very well before they leave. They are responsive. They are fairly priced. Thanks to everyone at this business who participated in our radiant floor heat/outdoor furnace install. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and it was just an enjoyable experience. The system works great, allowing us to heat our house as well as a 40’x76’ pole barn at a very low fuel cost.

Our PTAC unit died on us during the cold snap in January, so called TM on the strength of the reviews. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Would recommend them without reservation!
