I scheduled a residential service call on a system Moon Mechanical had installed. I left a message for Moon Mechanical and after no reply for a few days I called TM Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment next day. The service tech arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful, but more importantly, willing to solve the problem with joy. The problem was traced to a wiring issue. Great experience! I mislaid the invoice and ended up paying late, so that was embarrassing. I'm planning on getting them to install an AC system in my other house. Bob the estimator was helpful and willing to discuss options instead of demanding a particular setup.

From installation, to annual preventative maintenance, to buying repair parts for the DIY customer, to emergency service, I have been very pleased. Their service has been honest; and they don’t try to sell me what I don’t need. They allow me to buy parts from them; and they don’t mind that I sometimes fix my own equipment. They are neat and tidy; they clean up their work area very well before they leave. They are responsive. They are fairly priced. They are good designers, good installers, good equipment maintainers, and good emergency repair technicians. Thanks to everyone at this business who participated in our radiant floor heat/outdoor furnace install. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and it was just an enjoyable experience. The system works great, allowing us to heat our house as well as a 40’x76’ pole barn at a very low fuel cost.
