Recently Millstream laid artificial blue stone over top of our cement patio. We were very impressed with the time and research Merlin took to answer our questions about some challenges that we had with 2 levels and steps. We were also impressed with the timely manner in which they completed our patio. Their team of men did an outstanding job of laying the tile and grout and they were friendly and courteous.
