“I tried (and failed miserably) to highlight my own hair (I'm a brunette). I wanted blonde highlights-came out with an orange yellow mess. Cayleigh didn't judge me, was SO KIND, and is a MAGICIAN! Took my hair back to its normal color, was able to keep subtle highlights, and toned and conditioned it to make sure all the coloring I did wasn't going to make my hair fried. She really made sure to take my preferences and concerns into consideration before doing anything.
