Ryan & Dr. Sean helped & continue to help me. I needed a hip replacement at the age of 40. I went to them for “pre-hab” & continue in their care 13yrs later. I’ve never gone with a problem or injury that they have not helped.

I had pain in my left foot, and so decided to visit Gallagher Performance after getting many verbal recommendations from coworkers. They literally spent over an hour with me on my first chiropractic appointment, and showed me how my form on squats (always told to push through my heels and have my toes up), was actually DAMAGING my foot. Dr. Sean adjusted my foot and ankle, and it was a night and day difference. Now I go back whenever something feels a little off, and I always walk out brand new.

Dr. Gallagher was the first chiropractor to explain the "why" behind the pain I was experiencing. His heart to better his clients' health is very evident in the knowledge that he shares with you. In addition to the adjustment, I left with a better understanding of my pain — why it was happening, how to prevent it with a variety of exercises, and some practical tips and stretches for managing the pain at home.
