I came across ESSMC while researching facilities that could help with my recovery after experiencing a severe motorcycle accident. I was specifically looking for a facility with a Certified Hand Therapist and teams (both OT and PT) that had experience treating complex trauma cases. I've been seeing Carolyn (OT) and Cheyenne (PT) for a while now and the experience has been fantastic. The exercises have been both effective and educational. I was very apprehensive to begin physical therapy after breaking my shoulder, but fortunately I found ESSMC. The patience, kindness and expertise of Marielle not only helped me regain the use of my shoulder but gave me the confidence I needed to work and progress. The technicians and staff were also very helpful and encouraging. I am now able to fully utilize my shoulder and I can't thank all of them enough for their guidance and support.
Every visit was very helpful and personal. I am much better now because of my treatment with these wonderful caring people! They all deserve a huge THANK YOU, from the administration. The front desk people were also very nice all the time and on top of everything!
