They use a data-centric approach to treatment, not just treating symptoms, but finding the root cause of problems. The staff cares about each patient and gives helpful recommendations. Alight Health & Wellness Spa is a place where clients can embark on a health journey with wise guidance. Clients are very thankful and highly recommend the spa, saying they won't be disappointed. If you’re looking for a doctor that actually cares and finds the root cause to your problems go see Patty!! She gives you an actual plan of what to eat, what vitamins you need, exercise etc to help you feel your best. She thoroughly explains everything to you, I’ve never felt like I learned anything from a doctor until now. Very thankful my friend referred me to her!
I can't say enough good things about Patty Baird. I believe in functional medicine and a data centric approach to treatment and not just treating symptoms, but I haven't found a PCP that uses that pro-active approach (instead it's usually just disease management with medicine) AND she takes insurance. So that was what brought me to her, but from there she's impressed me more and more on how much she deeply cares about each patient and takes the time with us and to deep dive in our data and she gives helpful recommendations. She was nerding-out on my data and called me up to talk about it, which is unheard of nowadays for someone to be that interested and truly wanting to help and educate her patients. Choosing a PCP office should be embarking on a health journey with someone wise for guidance and Patty is definitely that amazing person to journey with.
