Thanks for the quick response to our facility. Koby, and the rest of the crew responded within 45min of the initial call and everything was promptly cleaned up in 4 hours after arriving. The whole process was a smooth experience. Ben checked in with us to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thanks Guys.

From the moment I called them they were great to work with. Echo was who we spoke with initially. She was very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. She then set up for us to meet with Koby and John. Throughout the whole process they were responsive, knew what our needs were, and had flexible schedules.

Recently I had to utilize Servpro emergency services for an elderly tenant that passed away and no one found them for a few days. Koby and his crew were there within an hour to clean things up and get rid of the odor. Previously we have taken care of these types of things ourself because we were unaware Servpro handled Biohazard jobs among the many other services they provide. I highly recommend them!
