We have made multiple purchases at this store and never leave disappointed. After 10 years of flooring projects within our home, we are still pleased with each purchase and the service (all through our local store).

Clinton and staff at LL were outstanding!!!! I have purchased floor there several times in last 5 years abs they went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased. Unfortunately we could not get the same hardwood but the staff there continued to call on our behalf around the country to stores in attempts to procure the materials. Their efforts were not unnoticed and much appreciated. Shop here and you won’t be disappointed In quality, selection and best customer service .

We have never dealt with Lumber Liquidators before. Our salesman Clinton was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. After ordering the flooring through our contractor we got the floor installed in part of the house. The other section was not ready yet. Jim, the installer, gave me his number and told me to reach out to him when the other room was ready and he would come back and finish the job. Due to unusual circumstances we talked numerous times and had to cancel a few times. He was very understanding. We were finally able to get the job finished and we love the floor and how well it was installed! I was very fortunate to have such a great total experience with LL....read full review
