I loved working here. An the employees were all super nice and welcoming when I was there. I was part of the cleaning crew but I stayed out of thier "click" and stayed to myself. Drama free is the way to be.. second shift people and some of the 1st shifters I got to see were all great to me. I would definitely go back if asked to. Darn covid is the only reason I'm not still there.
Terrible place to work, they lay off all the time. Co workers are incredibly rude w/ no ramifications. Steve Gephardt in charge of ADS/wood shop cares 0 about the customer n does not engage with employee issues. Has an ego u can't work with, worked here for 9 + years with issues from day 1 n I saw 3 lay offs in that time,, my work ethic n knowledge of my job kept me here for that long as well as a love for my job but even loving ur job isn't enuff to keep me...I DO NOT recommend applying or doing business with CS Group!
