After a horrible experience this week with a septic service that toally jipped me, I decided to do my research on another company to come out to complete the maintenance on my septic tank. Top Septic Tank Service had impressive reviews and they were able to get me scheduled with little wait time. Lawrence from Top Tank Service came out. He was very knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease from what previous company had told me and did to me. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We had major septic issues, and top septic services was very flexible with our time and answered any questions along the way. Our septic was under six feet of backfill from a parking pad. Mike was able to locate our tank with little effort. He was able to install a riser so we never have to dig this out again(hopefully). Lawrence was extremely helpful when pumping the tank. He answered all of our questions, talked to my son who is thinking of getting into plumbing, and worked around our busy schedule. I highly recommend Lawrence, Mike, and the rest of the crew at Top Septic Services.
We called yesterday to make a appointment for them to come pump out the septic tank and we were told they would be here before 12pm and the guy who's name is Lawrence came at 8:20am. He is very polite and honest.
