Ive been a regular customer for approximately 10 years and have never had an issue here. Im sad to find out that I get charged extra for having long hair. Its a shame these corporations consistently find ways of charging the customers more money and taking it out of their employees pocket. Sadly I will no longer return based off of this principle. I'd rather tip my hairdresser. She's the one doing the work.
