This place is like the rest in this area - TERRIBLE! The agent we had was - Valerie-Thompson howardhanna.com/Agent/De...! She told us nothing but lies. We told her we weren't selling our Appliances, and she sold them and then told us she'd replace them next week with new ones. It's been over a year! If we had never looked at our nanny cam, we would have never known all the lies that she told us and told buyers not to buy, Appliances go with the house, etc. She was even talking people out of our house for other houses. Setting up dates with buyers, but then not telling us. When other agents came to our home to show it, she would not let them in if they weren't her friends (not giving them the code for the keys). She kept our house from selling for a year till her friend - JOE from Codwell Banker found a buyer that wanted our place !!! I could go on .... and on ... Say away from this place and her!
