They're the best vet in the area! We had an issue with our dog that no other local vet could figure out, we took her here and they figured out the issue immediately. Dr. Geary saved our dogs' life! We've been taking all our animals here ever since.
Changed to Geary Vet after problems with another Mt. Pleasant Vet that charged me $600 for minor ear surgery on my last dog, then same problem returned after a few months. Geary solved the problem with an antibiotic for about $50. Very professional, very friendly.
Dr. Geary is an awesome vet. He's very caring towards the animals and he explains everything to the owners in a way that they can understand. My dog and my other animals love Dr. Geary and we wouldn't go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Dr. Geary to anyone who needs a vet. His staff is extremely nice and very helpful and friendly.
