Wow! So impressed with the experience. From the time we walked in to the exit. The time they took with our cat, all the options available, no pressure sales, the Vet Tech was absolutely outstanding, that we requested her again. She was smart, compationate, sincere, funny, we were so impressed, we could go on and on. We are so happy that this was a referral, we were not disappointed. Thank you for treating our cat and us so well.
Very friendly staff. We just had to say goodbye to our boy of 17 years and the staff and Dr. Joe made it easier with their kindness and support. It's never easy to say goodbye but they helped ease the pain by being empathetic, gentle, and kind.
Everyone who works here is very kind and personable to pets and owners alike. The facility is very clean. Appointments are conducted with thoroughness and professionalism. Dr. Joseph A. Robuccio is very warm, helpful and knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff. Very glad to have this as a homebase for our two dogs' veterinary care. Thank you St. Francis Animal Hospital!
