Very friendly staff. We just had to say goodbye to our boy of 17 years and the staff and Dr. Joe made it easier with their kindness and support. It's never easy to say goodbye but they helped ease the pain by being empathetic, gentle, and kind.
Everyone who works here is very kind and personable to pets and owners alike. The facility is very clean. Appointments are conducted with thoroughness and professionalism. Dr. Joseph A. Robuccio is very warm, helpful and knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff. Very glad to have this as a homebase for our two dogs' veterinary care. Thank you St. Francis Animal Hospital!
They treated my cat Abe well and explained to me each part of the treatment for the day, we brought him in for a checkup and vaccines however he needed a bit more treatment and they gave me the option to select which recommended treatment I wanted for him
My only issue, which is very minor, was when I was picking him up at the time scheduled I was lead to a room and waited 25 minutes before anyone came in to explain things (because the time of pickup was scheduled I did not expect to wait however I do understand that things come up that need immediate attention)
