Karen Neal has outstanding customer service. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for sending Tim Dorn to access what was going on with the leak in my home. He was very helpful and informative. I was a bit shocked since I had my roof replaced about a year ago. He scheduled the repair for a week later and came back with Matt Derr. Thank you for returning with him as the last roofer who did my roof was never on site. I know more needs to be done on my roof and will call Lesher's for that as well. Hoping for the same team. Thank you....doing the happy dance.
