Came home to a cold house this evening, no hot water and low pressure with my boiler... At 5 to 5pm, I thought I'd be waiting till tomorrow, but thought I'd drop Sam a message so I could arrange something as early as possible in the morning. I had a response within 5 minutes and Sam was at my door in 20! I'm so impressed with how quickly he came out and solved the problem for me, and how helpful and informative he was!
