Edited: Did get a call back! John was great. He had been out of town & vacation sign on the door fallen down. Just calling to apologize & explain would have been enough for me. But then he went above & beyond handling my laptop issue. I will definitely be back.

Original: Called multiple times over the last week & no one answers the phone. I have left voicemails with no return call. I even drove over there twice and the place looks deserted despite the hours posted 10a-4p. Perhaps they've closed... Disappointed.

John was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to fix my phone. I will be going to him for any issues I have in the future. So friendly. A pleasant place to do business.

John the owner is so kind, very knowledgeable! He can fix anything. We came in for my daughters cellphone to get fixed. Highly recommend! It’s worth the drive if you don’t live in the area. We came from Pittston. 10/10!!!! Good vibes and energy.
