I took a chance coming to someone I didn't know but went by the two reviews that were on this site. Karen found the perfect color for my hair and I am very happy with the haircut that she did. In addition to the fact that she is an excellent technician, she is a very warm and friendly person who makes you feel at home immediately. She will be my new go to hair dresser every time that I'm in the area.
