“I had Karyn as my stylist on 8-21-23. I went for a good cut and perm. I said I used white and gray rods, changed the white for pink. After the cut, I thought to myself that I may want top shorter, but upon seeing the difference between the pink (much smaller) and white, I thought just maybe it will work out. Well, this has been one of my top 3 perms during my life!!!! I will go back for color and I may just ask for her to shorten a tad. We'll see. Kudos to the Stroud Mall JC Penney's Salon! It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish!!!!“
