We had our mini split system installed in 2019 and this year started experiencing some problems with a couple of our units. The original contractor retired so I started asking around as to who was reliable. A good friend highly recommended MGM mechanical and we are so happy to arrange a service call. Dave, the service tech arrived at our home in Pine Grove Mills Pennsylvania and got right to the issue. We recently had a 3 head minisplit system installed in our home. From the beginning to the end our experience was great with MGM! They did work for other family members and even though I am out of the normal serviced area, Mike still made the 2.5 hour drive to Bucks county to give me an estimate. From the initial estimate through the installation process, communication was clear and professional. Andy and the installation team were very clean and efficient! Since the install, the units have been working great! Would definitely recommend MGM to others!
