I’ve been in Resonance Violins on several occasions and it’s always been a pleasure to do business with their staff. I purchased a violin a year ago and it plays incredibly. My bow failed yesterday and when I took it into Resonance today, they replaced it. This is despite the warranty expiring 6 months ago. That is excellent service!
