If you love your shoes you must bookmark this place. Excellent craftsman!!! I had three país of shoes done. My Birkenstock boots and sandals, and my Amapola clogs. All 3 suffering from worn heels. I paid around $75 and now have 3 new pairs of shoes. You paid good money for your footwear, you now want to use it for a long time. My shoes were done in a week's time! Park on the side street where the shop is-zero hassles. No cards, cash or check (you can leave a deposit)

I found this shop when searching yelp as the heel top came off of one of my favorite (over worn) heels. I called and the owner offered to be able to look at them right away. I came within a half hour and was so pleasantly surprised with his friendliness, professionalism, last minute accommodation and perfect work within 20 minutes like new! I even stayed a bit and had a great conversation with him regarding his family business and history of it. There is convenient street parking alongside the shop and it's right along the Washington Road shops. Excellent. Work! I couldn't even tell which side of my handbag had come apart! His repair was perfect. Excellent handiwork in repairing leather, no need to go anywhere else. He's reasonable, reliable and repairs things in a very timely fashion. Thank you for great service.
