I’ve never been to a medical practice with a more professional and friendly front desk staff. They were cheerful and efficient, seeming to be happy employees (I appreciated this, since I was a bit stressed about going in for a biopsy).
The waiting area has magazines and even a cool 3-D puzzle to help pass the time. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.
The medical staff patiently answered my questions, administered a local anesthetic, and the biopsy was quick and absolutely painless.
Appointments were easy to schedule (about a month out). Staff were friendly and helpful. They were a little behind schedule, even early in the morning, but they were conscientious and acknowledged that. The medications are sent by mail, which made it easy.
I was treated respectfully, my concerns were addressed quickly, effectively and efficiently. I was given instructions and informed of what to expect of my treatment and about the value of following up.
