Love this place. They do a great job. My husband will not go anywhere else. They also have a woman who is able to do ladies cuts. The prices are great. And they work with children. Real small town barber shop!

It's always nerve-wracking looking for a good local service provider in a small town--there isn't much in the way of online reviews for the four barber shops in Mount Joy. I decided to avoid the one shop that did have a single, solitary, negative review on Google (Snyder's), but as I was driving back and forth down Main Street looking for the one other shop I thought I'd seen before, I kept passing Snyder's. In frustration, I turned left on a side street to make a U-turn, and lo and behold I saw *this* little gem of a shop, Shelly's, tucker away between a couple of houses.
