Today was the first time I've ever used a laundromat. To be honest, I was very intimidated by all the machines and how they worked. I was greeted by Amy who was so kind enough to show me how the machines operated and which ones would be more beneficial for the size of my laundry basket. As someone who also works in customer service, Amy's customer service skills were remarkable and I will definitely be returning back. Thank you very much Amy and Highland Cleaners!

Today I pulled in to the dry cleaning center in Mount Joy. I knew I was running close on time, but was relieved when I looked at my watch it was 2 minutes till 2:00. The sign on the door said open. I brought with me $150 worth of alterations to be done. All pre-measured, simple hems in trousers. I was greeted with a smile, and the news that they are closed. I said the sign says you're open. Stopped to do a large load of laundry early in the morning. Shop was very clean and bright. Nice variety of washers and dryers. Needed a larger washer. There were 3 different sizes of large washers and didn't have to wait for one.
Will definitely visit again when I have large items to wash and want a nice clean place to do my wash.
