The process from quote to installation was timely, clean, informative, and post maintenance all very courteous and proportional. Hershey Heating and Air Conditioning responded immediately to our water problem on December 30th when we returned home from an out of town Christmas holiday with family. It could have turned into a long New Year's weekend without water for us if it hadn't been for the Hershey team's rapid response to our need!! Technician Brenton Wenger was impressive with his knowledge and expertise! He had the old water shut-off valve replaced in no time and even upgraded our inside water line with new bracing and additional ball valve that will now make it much easier (and safer) to shut off our water when needed. Also, we had the Hershey team install a heat pump and central air system a few years ago. They did a fantastic job at a very good price! It is great to be part of the Hershey family of satisfied customers! HHAC is the best! I can't recommend them enough!
I recommend Hershey Heating & Cooling! They are a great business, always respond, wonderful employees & very respectful! The technicians will wear booties inside in your home, which I really like and they have respect for your home! They explain everything they done, any issues or need to be fixed in the future.
