It’s so interesting to hear I’m not the only one who got the “huge chunky straight” cut bangs when she wanted a lil curtain. I docked a point because of my appointment at the beginning of the year, whoever was cutting my hair let me explain what I wanted (I even had an inspiration picture just in case), then she excitedly went “I know what you need!!” And just cut short a huge chunk at the front of my hair. I looked like a SCENE KID. I wanted like a dainty lil side piece 😭.

Great customer care. I was impressed and thankful for the care from my stylist. She didn’t just cut my hair but made me aware of a growth on the backside of my ear. Thanks to her, I made an appointment with my dermatologist to have it checked! I wish all stylist would take the time to inform their client of anything unusual in the scalp area that people don’t see.
