I struggle with frequent and excessive build up on the crown, and flakiness at the front of my scalp. My ends are usually dry as well. After this treatment, my scalp feels so perfectly balanced and my hair feels hydrated without being greasy. The girls at the front desk were friendly and offered to take my things and get me a drink to settle in. Grace was the stylist I chose, and she was immediately welcoming and friendly. Illume is a chill place for all ages and genders.
I had an amazing first visit with my stylist Sue. Very knowledgeable, kind and courteous with lots of recommendations for me as a new PA resident .
The owner - Miriam was very kind and took wonderful care of her clients with such ease. No one was screaming or laughing at the top of their lungs. Maggie was an absolute sweet heart at the hair wash section. Sue you are the best!
