Nice lady, but I brought a pair of oil finished boots to be cleaned and oiled, and for some inexplicable reason she PAINTED, now my formerly matte finished boots with nice uneven tones are all shiny and one even color.
Great job on two pairs of boots and suede heels. My wife's shoes look brand new. We dropped them off ore-pandemic shut down and forgot about them. When we finally returned 8 months later our shoes were waiting for us. Great customer service.
I have been to several cobblers and four saddle shops, and nobody was able to fix my boots. I went to Sam’s shoe repair and Debbie was able to fix both my boots!If you’re looking for a cobbler in the Trenton Morrisville area I highly recommend them!
