I have been going to Dr Leventhal for 20 years. I didn’t go since 2020 due to Covid and they got rid of my chart. I was treated as a new patient. Other than that she is wonderful. She took several little things off my face and neck and biopsies of an injury on my leg. She was quick and with very little discomfort.

After this review, I received a call from one of the owners assuring me this type of service is not the norm. I decided to give them another chance. Took my Father back on August 9th. After a blood test on August 16th we now were waiting for results and schedule treatments. As of September 8th...still nothing. Numerous inquiries led nowhere. A phone call to request anyone from the office to please update us was made on August 31 and finally I was told " the paperwork was filled out incorrectly"( by them I might add) and they would expedite his case and get back to me.September 8 is here and not one update, meanwhile, my 87 year old Father suffers.

The place was lousy. The appointment scheduler, Christine never returned 3 phone calls I made to the office for an appointment. I had to go in person to try and make one, but were giving me a hard time. I used to have insurance that they didn't accept. I now have insurance they do, but were discriminating against me based on and old insurance plan. Christine was looking at my new card like it wasn't real and said she would have to call me back by end of the day. She never did. Another office member, an old lady with sunk in eyes you couldn't see, huffed and puffed and just walked away when I asked a question about their privacy policy. Never will return.
