Sharif was great!

He worked hard and covered everything and explained it all in such amazing detail. He is extremely competent. I decided to walk away from this deal/house because he discovered many issues with the home that I hadn't detected.

Further, he didn't rush us. He pointed out deficiencies and made verbal recommendations. His 50 pp. report went into even greater detail and from that my family and I were able to make an extremely informed decision.

For the next house of my choice, I would like Sharif to do the inspection. My son as well was impressed by Sharif and his skill and professionalism.
