I am sincerely thankful to be a patient at Bucks County Gastroenterology. Dr Mekapati is a wonderful doctor with an outstanding staff. I have been a patient here for more than twenty years and have always felt I was getting the best care for my health issues. The whole staff is amazing! In particular Terry who has been my go to person for navigating insurance complexities for years. I am truly amazed by her professionalism and steadfastness as she continually spends long hours getting medications approved through insurance. This is a practice that genuinely cares about patients.

I've dealt with Dr. Popper and staff over 35 years. Excellent doctor really cares and spend as much time with patient as needed. Now he retired and have an appoint for my yearly. Hope this doctor is as good.

Probably the doctors are nice, but worst front office I'd say. My doctor did my endoscopy 3 weeks ago and nobody ever called me to give me the results of the biopsy. I was told the doctors never talk to the patients and only the nurses would deliver the results. I'd have preferred a personal care from the doctors after going through a procedure like that. But no. Whoever the nurses are, they don't give you that information or follow up after the procedure. I am still waiting..
