My father's furnace needed attention during an extremely cold spell. Despite being busy with many other calls, they came out after hours to fix it. Relocation and/or space heaters were not good options due to his dementia and other medical issues, so I was even more grateful for their understanding and accommodations. The owner was exceptionally kind, chatting with Dad about his military service and electrical work and never once acted put out.

So pleased with our Lightning experience. The hard plaster walls of our 100 yr old house put us into a category of nearly lost art, but not for this company. From Ture's immediate and thoughtful response to our problems to the completion of the rewiring project with Chuck and his crew, the process was seamless-meticulously planned and executed. All problematic discoveries in these old walls were effectively remedied, often with Chuck's out-of-the-box thinking.We were informed of all project phases, and work included going above and beyond expectations in order that the finished project be polished to the last detail. Storms with high winds, rain, ice knocked tree down , took my power out. Was going down into the 20s that night. They came out, literally in about 15 minutes, after work hours, and had new service installed in no time at all. This was all done in unbelievable winds, pelting ice, and freezing Temps. Just an unbelievably good job, good workers, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this team.
