Puppy Paradise takes great care of the dogs that stay with them. The staff is kind, patient, and provides plenty of playtime. Dogs always come home tired and relaxed. Some customers have expressed satisfaction with the service, but have noted some issues with the pricing and pick-up times. Despite this, many customers trust the staff and appreciate their extra efforts to be helpful. Overall, Puppy Paradise is a nice place to bring pets, and many customers would definitely bring their pets back.
Our husky has severe anxiety about being around other people but absolutely LOVES going here. She gets beyond excited when she realizes this is where the car ride is headed. If she gets this excited, it deserves 5 *'s. Our pittie gets out of control excited too lol
We absolutely love Puppy Paradise! Our dog Lillie, who is a high-energy lab, goes here every day and it has made such a positive difference for her. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and truly takes the time to get to know her and meet her needs. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s not only well cared for, but also happy and excited to be there. You can tell they genuinely love the dogs they work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring daycare or boarding place!
Staff is so friendly and amazing! My puppy loves going there for daycare and boarding! Never had any issues with anything! Staff is always very pleasant and welcoming! Definitely recommend to others!! 😄
