Puppy Paradise takes great care of the dogs that stay with them. The staff is kind, patient, and provides plenty of playtime. Dogs always come home tired and relaxed. Some customers have expressed satisfaction with the service, but have noted some issues with the pricing and pick-up times. Despite this, many customers trust the staff and appreciate their extra efforts to be helpful. Overall, Puppy Paradise is a nice place to bring pets, and many customers would definitely bring their pets back.
Puppy Paradise is a place where my dog can socialize and play with other dogs. They also have boarding and grooming. My dog is beginning to enjoy herself there, and also enjoys the staff. The staff is friendly, helpful, and prices are reasonable.
They take great care of my pup. I have been bringing him here since he was a puppy. The staff is kind and give him lots of play time. Rocco always comes home tired and relaxed. I would not take him anywhere else. The only thing that I miss is the free bath after staying 4 days or longer. Please change your policy back to that because it was a great added touch! I’m not interested in paying $15 for a bath as I can do that myself for free.
They charge 46 dollars per night i end up paying 69 dollars. I dropped my dog on Saturday around 2:00 and I was picking him up on Sunday . On the paper that i filled up, it said that you could pick by 12 but once drop him off, I was told that I have to pick him up between 8:00 and 10:00. I was not going to be able to pick him up by that time. the reason I decided to bring him there was because I was going to pick him up by 12:00 I had no choice to leave him there I end up paying $69 because the next available time to pick him up once between four and six.
