I went in for a cut and to ask about taming the frizz that comes with my curls. The young woman who took care of me was amazing. She did a great job of getting the dead ends off while leaving plenty of length and had great recommendations of products, one of which she let me try on my hair while there. Would highly recommend.
Had a good experience. My complaint would be that the card reader was down when I got there. I got a text reminder of my appointment but not one for the system being down. I had to leave, grab cash, and once I got back, I was 5 mins late to my appointment. The whole point was for checking in online was to have a slot/be there in time for my appointment
