Dr. Boren is amazing. There was a schedule issue and he took care of us. Answered every question….actually took time to listen to out concerns and explain everything. I have worn hearings all my life and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. He laid out what I needed and what was the best for my realm of hearing loss. Then explained the process going forward. We also appreciate someone who takes passion in their career and Dr. Boren is a model of that trait. Thank you so much!
This appointment was a follow-up to address why hearing aids purchased almost a year ago from another place were not working properly. The Audiologist did a good job in listening to my concerns. She asked questions to understand the issue and took action appropriately. I did not feel rushed and she made adjustments. If the adjustments are not enough, she indicated that I can return for further adjustments. I was super pleased, and if you are not being heard or treated with respect by your current hearing provider, please consider Hearing AUD as a new provider. You won't be disappointed.
