I'm in the process of buying a house, and one of the requirements to close by my lender was that the basement needed mold remediation.
Bactronix was able to quickly come out to give us an estimate of cost based on what the needs were in order to treat and remove the mold. They were able to quickly come out and demo the previously-finished basement nearly completely while still leaving the framing so that I will be able to refinish once in the home. They tore out and treated everything over the course of one day, and ran an air purifier for several days afterwards to ensure the mold spores would not be present.
