Josh was an excellent inspector that was recommended by my local realtor agency for a home that I purchased. Josh performed a home inspection for us this past week in Eagles Mere and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness in inspecting every detail of the home and its systems. His written report, replete with many photos of the home, gave us what we needed and provided a specific advice for maintenance and care for the home going forward, as well as identifying potential issues to discuss with the seller as far as costs of repair.
