Lucas came down to visit me and my fiancée to discuss our windows and options. I have never been met with more respect in a "sales pitch". Lucas was honest and receptive to ideas and questions that we had. I can whole heartedly say that when he left our home, the both of us did not have any questions whatsoever. He was throurough and did not insult our intelligence with pointed questions or assumed that we just "knew stuff" on the subject. Initial consultation and determined scope of work. Presented with very good description and visual representation of what windows and sliding door would look like upon completion. Explanation of the entire process from technical measurements to the products being manufactured and installed. Entire process is handled by the company with no go between. Good finance options and specials. Will update once project is completed.*Update* windows and sliding door were installed extremely well. The old ones were poorly installed and poorly insulated. Excellent professionalism and service! Called my product specialist Mark Broody and he was at my residence in less than 20 minutes. In about an hour he designed what we needed and we sealed the deal.
