Cleaned my car inside and out and did an awesome job! I have 2 children that make messes like it's their job. He even has been able to get gum out of a seat that was stuck on forever. When talking to him he was very kind, customer service was great. Will go back and would highly recommend to other families!

My wife gave me a gift certificate for Father's Day. Dick was easy to schedule with and a pleasure on the phone. He does the work out of his house so I dropped it off and picked it up. I took my truck to the beach before redeeming the gift certificate. There were no remnants of sand inside or out of the truck. The inside was very clean. I rubbed against a yellow pole in a parking garage a few months prior. He was able to buff out all of the yellow marks and made the minor damage look A LOT better. The body of the truck and tires were waxed and shining. Happy with the experience and would recommend.

Poor work and even worse costumer service. When Richard stated he vacuumed and detailed my vehicle, I was excited to have him drop it off and see end results. When I got home and opened my door... it smelled and looked same as when before he started. When i called to ask him about it... he called me a liar, told me to never call him again and he would send me to collections...never did i mention i would not pay...i just wanted the work (that he guaranteed me the week before) to be accomplished. DO NOT USE CSI AUTO DETAILING. MY 9 year old does better better work than this man.
