My machine arrived missing the charging cable. It was pretty much useless. I called the number but got some company that was giving me a free med alert bracelet. They transferred me to another department that was a Medicare advisor. The next day I finally connected, told the agent my problem and she insisted it had to be there. Someone else talked to me and assured me they would solve the mystery. Now it is Saturday and the cord came. I was going away for the weekend and did not use the machine. I had an appointment with CPAP therapist to understand better the assembly and use of the CPAP machine. She was awesome! This was at the Montoursville Pa office. I felt completely at ease with the machine after our appointment. She was so wonderful!

The equipment arrived and is programed for my needs. I had to read the manual and figure out how it worked on my own. I'm giving 3 stars because I was told a rep from Apral would be coming to my house and explaining the equipment to me and that was not the case.
