They are very quick and efficient. I never have a problem the staff is always friendly I am in and out within 10 minutes. I go here for a quick battery change and if I need to have any other jewelry repairs I feel safe leaving my jewelry with them. They are also very affordable.

I had a chain of mine that was having clasp issues taken here after a Jared's was going to charge $120 for cleaning and repair. Here they just cleaned is as it was built up gunk that was interfering with the motion. They did it immediately and completely resolved the issue without charging more than the chain is worth!!! Would highly recommend to anyone!
