Monroeville Music is a neighborhood studio on Old William Penn Highway that offers private lessons on nearly every instrument for every age and stage. The space is warm and supportive and aims to help children and families grow, connect and express through music. Lessons are easy to start and the owner is easy to work with for scheduling. Teachers are patient, great and encourage students. Piano lessons build a relationship that motivates a child to do her best work and look forward to each week. Guitar lessons adapt to a learning style and keeping a student motivated with progress. Group classes include Music Together® Babies, Mixed Ages, Rhythm Kids® and play‑based Suzuki‑inspired programs for kids. New programs and jam opportunities are available for all ages.
Monroeville Music is such an incredible music school! Their owner, Megan, is extremely passionate about providing the children of our Community with the opportunity to learn music. She has an excellent staff of teachers and if you or your child want to play an instrument she doesn’t have a teacher for, she is willing to seek one out as best she can!
I highly recommend Monroeville Music to any one, young or old, looking to expand their musical ability.
My son (6) took ukulele lessons for over a year at Monroeville Music in the Ukes + Me class! He loved it and we just recently switched to private lessons for drums because that’s where his interest really lies. Megan has always been accommodating with changing schedules and adjusting auto payments. The teachers (Mark + Noah) we’ve had for both Ukes and the drum lessons so far have been great. They really know how to teach but also let the kids have fun at the same time. I’m planning to put my 1yo in their music classes in the fall! Would highly recommend, our experience has been great!
We absolutely love Monroeville Music! Ms. Megan is an amazing piano teacher and group music instructor. She is so patient, engaging, and wonderful with children. Elliott looks forward to every class, and we've seen his confidence and love for music grow so much. We are so grateful to have found such a special place! 🎶❤
