I have never had a bad experience at Katsur. It can be difficult to get an appointment, but that's something that happens just about everywhere these days.
I have a crown that Dr Hummel put on in 2022. It fell off, and I called the office as soon as they opened the next morning, but couldn't get through. So, I decided to just go to the office and see what I needed to do. I was expecting some advice and to schedule an appointment for the following week, but they saw me right away, did an x-ray, and re-cemented the crown. I was in and out in less than a half an hour, without an appointment, and everyone was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I visited there today for the first time. My experience was good and smooth. First time documentation took a little long, but doctor saw me within a few minutes and completed all the procedures. I’m satisfied with my first visit. Let’s see how it goes further. Staff and doctor both are very polite.

I wish these receptionist workers would do their job. Answer the phone correctly and talk to people like they should! They can’t even schedule appointments correctly! Get it together people
