All at office very friendly and professional. New patient and was extremely happy with my routine cleaning by Jodie. She explained all to me and helped me have a painless experience. Xray tech personable as well. Dr. Hummel friendly and I felt extremely confident with his exam. Definitely will return to this office. Update:Also recently needed a crown replaced. Was able to get same day appointment and process went smoothly. Very accommodating staff and Dr Hummel explained all he was doing during this painless procedure. Kind and professional

My mother went here to have her teeth extracted and get full replacement dentures. The extraction went well and the staff and providers were patient and understanding. Things took a turn for the worst at her first visit to get temporary dentures. I was not able to join her at this appointment. She called me very upset saying that she was told that the temporary are uppernonly and they had told her and myself that was the case. The dentist (his name escapes me) got on the line with me and I THOUGHT we had a good conversation. We both spoke calmly and in the end he acknowledged that we did not agree on what was told but offered to refund her money for the temporary dentures.… read full review

My first time at KD in monroeville. I had no issues. My appointments were always on time, they called me back even before my time. I needed work done cause it was 4 years before I saw a dentist. I kept searching and no one took my insurance except Katsar Dental so I had to go with them. Most of the staff was very friendly, some barely spoke when they called my name, but that’s ok, maybe they were having a bad day. The front desk people were so nice and welcoming.
