My first time at KD in monroeville. I had no issues. My appointments were always on time, they called me back even before my time. I needed work done cause it was 4 years before I saw a dentist. I kept searching and no one took my insurance except Katsar Dental so I had to go with them. Most of the staff was very friendly, some barely spoke when they called my name, but that’s ok, maybe they were having a bad day. The front desk people were so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately had a run around getting a filling taken care of over the holiday season. 2 appointments made before they would correct a cavity and now I find out that it wasn't even done properly and needs redrilled and likely a crown. Not happy with this office but the staff seemed friendly enough.
I've been here 3 times since getting my new insurance. I've had insurance problems every time. The front desk staff as been so patient and helpful getting it worked out. Then still fitting me in
