The staff is very nice, kind, professional, friendly, humble, and attentive, taking their time to work on areas of need with care and the right amount of pressure. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and beautifully decorated with soft lighting and soothing spa music that creates a relaxing environment. The use of hot stones is incredible and awesome, providing a deep, comforting warmth that melts away tension. Walk-ins are welcome, often with no wait. The experience leaves customers feeling relaxed and like a million bucks, leading many to highly recommend it and state they will definitely go back again and again.
I Went in 1130am had Groupon. Very nice 2 ladies. No pressure to tip, not mean. Very good massage. I will go back again and again before they close the mall. I highly recommend giving them a try.
I got a 2 hour massage there today as a walk in and they took me with no wait (love that, as many places locally take several days to get an appointment). The massage itself was amazing, she worked out all my knots with care and was kind and professional. I was initially nervous that the mall may not be the most relaxing place to get a massage, but the spa music drowned out most of the background noise and it was a better experience than I had expected. Overall, it surprisingly did land within the top 5 best massages I’ve ever had. I had no concerns about cleanliness while I was there. Thank you so much, until next time 🙂
